A top price for Su Meng-Hung - as previously expected
In May 2019 Christies in Hong Kong held the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art (Afternoon Session), which included the work Birds And Butterflies Of Red Land by Su Meng-Hung. The price achieved of HKD 175,000.00 (€ 20,028.70) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 120,000.00 – 200,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Birds And Butterflies Of Red Land is the most expensive artwork by Su Meng-Hung that we have observed at auctions so far.

Im Mai 2019 führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art (Afternoon Session) durch, in der auch die Arbeit Birds And Butterflies Of Red Land von Su Meng-Hung zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 175.000,00 (€ 20.028,70) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 120.000,00 – 200.000,00 angegeben worden.
