Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2018 Christies in New York held the auction Fine Chinese Paintings, which included the work Grapes by Su Baozhen. The price achieved of USD 1,625.00 (€ 1,398.21) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 1,000.00 – 3,000.00. Other works by Su Baozhen have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2016 the work Grapes was auctioned for HKD 21,240.00 (€ 2,454.95).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im September 2018 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Grapes von Su Baozhen zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 1.625,00 (€ 1.398,21) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 1.000,00 – 3.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Su Baozhen konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2016 die Arbeit Grapes für HKD 21.240,00 (€ 2.454,95) versteigert.
