Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2021 Artcurial in Paris held the auction More, which included the work Everything Is Shit Except You Love - 2012 by Steve Powers. It changed hands for a price of EUR 390.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 300.00 – 400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Steve Powers achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Untitled – 2001 in October 2019 with an auction result of EUR 12,195.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2021 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion More durch, in der auch die Arbeit Everything Is Shit Except You Love - 2012 von Steve Powers zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 390,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 300,00 – 400,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Steve Powers erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Untitled – 2001 im Oktober 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 12.195,00.
