Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Stéphane Couturier could be acquired at Artcurial in Paris in June 2018 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Post-War & Contemporary Art II auction, the work Renault À Boulogne Billancourt - 1994 changed hands for EUR 5,850.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 7,000.00 – 9,000.00. Admittedly, works by Stéphane Couturier have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Grand Palais, Paris 8 in May 2011 with an auction result of GBP 27,500.00 (€ 31,446.33).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Stéphane Couturier konnte im Juni 2018 bei Artcurial in Paris für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art II wechselte die Arbeit Renault À Boulogne Billancourt - 1994 für EUR 5.850,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 7.000,00 – 9.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Stéphane Couturier auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Grand Palais, Paris 8 im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 27.500,00 (€ 31.446,33).
