This artwork by Stefan Johansson achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bukowski in Stockholm in December 2014. In the The Classic Sale auction, the work The night light sold for SEK 220,000.00 (€ 23,234.44) - well above the upper estimate of SEK 100,000.00. Admittedly, works by Stefan Johansson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Bron i dimma" (The Bridge in Fog) in December 2015 with an auction result of SEK 1,750,000.00 (€ 190,648.31).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Stefan Johansson erzielte im Dezember 2014 bei Bukowski in Stockholm einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion The Classic Sale wurde die Arbeit The night light für SEK 220.000,00 (€ 23.234,44) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von SEK 100.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Stefan Johansson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Bron i dimma" (The Bridge in Fog) im Dezember 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 1.750.000,00 (€ 190.648,31).
