Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Stefan Johansson could be acquired at Bukowski in Stockholm in December 2018 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Important Winter Sale auction, the work "Sommarkväll" (Summer evening) changed hands for SEK 370,000.00 (€ 36,399.27) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 400,000.00 – 500,000.00. Admittedly, works by Stefan Johansson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Bron i dimma" (The Bridge in Fog) in December 2015 with an auction result of SEK 1,750,000.00 (€ 190,648.31).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Stefan Johansson konnte im Dezember 2018 bei Bukowski in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Important Winter Sale wechselte die Arbeit "Sommarkväll" (Summer evening) für SEK 370.000,00 (€ 36.399,27) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 400.000,00 – 500.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Stefan Johansson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Bron i dimma" (The Bridge in Fog) im Dezember 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 1.750.000,00 (€ 190.648,31).
