The work Portrait of Mr. Gachet by Stefan Hoenerloh was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in September 2012. It achieved a price of EUR 9,375.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56 %. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Stefan Hoenerloh; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot 'Nitribitt Avenue' sold at auction in March 2007 with the realized price of EUR 12,000.00.

Die Arbeit Portrait of Mr. Gachet von Stefan Hoenerloh kam im September 2012 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 9.375,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 56 %. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Stefan Hoenerloh; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit 'Nitribitt Avenue' im März 2007 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 12.000,00.
