Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2007 Sothebys in London held the auction The Greek Sale, which included the work The Monastery Of Docheiariou, Mount Athos by Spyros Papaloukas. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 60,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 62,400.00 (€ 91,825.82). Other works by Spyros Papaloukas have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 141,250.00 (€ 160,339.76) in November 2017 for the work Greek boatyard At Pantokrator Monastery, Mount Athos.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2007 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion The Greek Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Monastery Of Docheiariou, Mount Athos von Spyros Papaloukas zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 60.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 62.400,00 (€ 91.825,82) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Spyros Papaloukas haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 141.250,00 (€ 160.339,76) im November 2017 für die Arbeit Greek boatyard At Pantokrator Monastery, Mount Athos beobachtet.
