Auction result fails to reach estimate
In April this year a collector was able to acquire the work Still life with cactus and lemons by Søren Hjorth-Nielsen for DKK 4,000.00 (€ 536.59). This price was achieved in the auction Modern art and design at Bruun Rasmussen and was even lower than the DKK 8,000.00 estimate set by the auction house. Other works by Søren Hjorth-Nielsen have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in August this year by the work Coastal scenery with house at DKK 8,000.00 (€ 1,073.16).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Im April diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Still life with cactus and lemons von Søren Hjorth-Nielsen für DKK 4.000,00 (€ 536,59) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb des vom Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreises von DKK 8.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Søren Hjorth-Nielsen wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im August diesen Jahres die Arbeit Coastal scenery with house mit DKK 8.000,00 (€ 1.073,16).
