Auction result fails to reach estimate
In November this year a collector was able to acquire the work Composition with figure by Søren Hjorth-Nielsen for DKK 1,100.00 (€ 147.53). This price was achieved in the auction Modern art and design at Bruun Rasmussen and was even lower than the DKK 2,000.00 estimate set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Søren Hjorth-Nielsen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Coastal scenery with house in August this year with an auction result of DKK 8,000.00 (€ 1,073.16).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Im November diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Composition with figure von Søren Hjorth-Nielsen für DKK 1.100,00 (€ 147,53) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb des vom Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreises von DKK 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Søren Hjorth-Nielsen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Coastal scenery with house im August diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 8.000,00 (€ 1.073,16).
