A top price for Song Hyun-Sook
The work 17 Brushstrokes by Song Hyun-Sook was sold in the Asian Contemporary Art (Day Sale) auction at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2012. It achieved a price of HKD 300,000.00 (€ 29,746.35), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. With this result, 17 Brushstrokes is even the most expensive work of art by Song Hyun-Sook that we have observed at auctions so far.
