Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March this year Bonhams held the auction British and European Art, which included the work On The Beach At Low Tide by William Russell Flint. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 3,570.00 (€ 4,061.56), 19% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by William Russell Flint achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Judgement of Paris in December 2019 with an auction result of GBP 407,250.00 (€ 481,321.84).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März diesen Jahres führte Bonhams die Auktion British and European Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit On The Beach At Low Tide von William Russell Flint zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 3.570,00 (€ 4.061,56) und damit 19% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von William Russell Flint erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Judgement of Paris im Dezember 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 407.250,00 (€ 481.321,84).
