Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Charles Lock Eastlake; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot The Lily - Portrait Of Miss Bury sold at auction in May 2013 with the realized price of GBP 25,000.00 (€ 29,228.90).
