Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Echoes - Crystallization(Executed In 2013) by Shinji Ohmaki was sold in the Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2018. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 100,300.00 (€ 11,293.93), 18% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Shinji Ohmaki - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Echoes-Crystallization / Metabolism(Executed In 2018), which sold at auction in October 2018 for HKD 259,600.00 (€ 29,231.34).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Echoes - Crystallization(Executed In 2013) von Shinji Ohmaki wurde im Oktober 2018 in der Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 100.300,00 (€ 11.293,93) und damit 18% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Shinji Ohmaki mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Echoes-Crystallization / Metabolism(Executed In 2018) beobachtet, die im Oktober 2018 für HKD 259.600,00 (€ 29.231,34) versteigert wurde.
