Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Untitled No. 12447-12 (Triptych) by Shen Chen was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2017. The price achieved of HKD 187,500.00 (€ 20,636.59) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 150,000.00 – 250,000.00. Other works by Shen Chen have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April last year the work Ohne Titel (No. 12121-11) was auctioned for GBP 31,500.00 (€ 37,562.64).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Untitled No. 12447-12 (Triptych) von Shen Chen kam im Oktober 2017 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 187.500,00 (€ 20.636,59) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 150.000,00 – 250.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Shen Chen konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April letzten Jahres die Arbeit Ohne Titel (No. 12121-11) für GBP 31.500,00 (€ 37.562,64) versteigert.
