Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Serendipity in Empty Nature(Painted in 2019) by Shen Chang-Ming was auctioned at China Guardian in October last year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 80,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 90,000.00 (€ 11,533.12). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Shen Chang-Ming achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Greatest Virtue Is Just Like Water (Painted In 2020) in April this year with an auction result of HKD 168,000.00 (€ 171,560.87).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Serendipity in Empty Nature(Painted in 2019) von Shen Chang-Ming kam im Oktober letzten Jahres bei China Guardian zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 80.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 90.000,00 (€ 11.533,12) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Shen Chang-Ming erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Greatest Virtue Is Just Like Water (Painted In 2020) im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 168.000,00 (€ 171.560,87).
