The price achieved of EUR 12,640.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Joann Sfar have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Le Chat Du Rabbin in April 2014 with an auction result of EUR 53,088.00.

Die Arbeit Le Petit Prince von Joann Sfar wurde im April 2014 in der Auktion Joann Sfar bei Artcurial versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 12.640,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Joann Sfar auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Le Chat Du Rabbin im April 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 53.088,00.
