Auction result well in line with expectations
In April 2014 Artcurial held the auction Joann Sfar, which included the work Chagall En Russie by Joann Sfar. The price achieved of EUR 10,112.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Joann Sfar have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Le Chat Du Rabbin in April 2014 with an auction result of EUR 53,088.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im April 2014 führte Artcurial die Auktion Joann Sfar durch, in der auch die Arbeit Chagall En Russie von Joann Sfar zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 10.112,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Joann Sfar auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Le Chat Du Rabbin im April 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 53.088,00.
