The work A Seductive Nymph by Serge Marshennikov was sold in the Christie's Interiors auction at Christies in London in April 2008. The result of GBP 2,000.00 (€ 2,549.72) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 2,000.00 – 4,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Serge Marshennikov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Harem Dreams in November 2006 with an auction result of GBP 21,600.00 (€ 32,076.68).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Die Arbeit A Seductive Nymph von Serge Marshennikov wurde im April 2008 in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in London versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 2.000,00 (€ 2.549,72) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 4.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Serge Marshennikov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Harem Dreams im November 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 21.600,00 (€ 32.076,68).
