A top price for Sergei Volokhov - as previously expected
The work Russia by Sergei Volokhov was auctioned at Sothebys in London in September 2021. The price achieved of GBP 37,800.00 (€ 43,980.82) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 30,000.00 – 50,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Russia is the most expensive artwork by Sergei Volokhov that we have observed at auctions so far.

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 37.800,00 (€ 43.980,82) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 30.000,00 – 50.000,00 angegeben worden.
