Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bivouac At The Foot Of Mount Elbrus by Sergei Ivanovich Vasilkovsky was auctioned at Sothebys in London in June 2017. The price achieved of GBP 5,000.00 (€ 5,694.07) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 4,000.00 – 6,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sergei Ivanovich Vasilkovsky achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work " Beshtau Mountain Caucasus". in May 2012 with an auction result of EUR 58,000.00.

Die Arbeit Bivouac At The Foot Of Mount Elbrus von Sergei Ivanovich Vasilkovsky kam im Juni 2017 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 5.000,00 (€ 5.694,07) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben worden.
