A top price for Sébastien de Ganay - as previously expected
The work Untitled (Yellow) by Sébastien de Ganay was auctioned at Christies in London in October 2001. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 3,500.00 – 4,500.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 3,525.00 (€ 5,696.91) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Untitled (Yellow) is the most expensive artwork by Sébastien de Ganay that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Untitled (Yellow) von Sébastien de Ganay kam im Oktober 2001 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 3.500,00 – 4.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 3.525,00 (€ 5.696,91) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
