A top price for Sebastiano de Albertis - as previously expected
The work Coppia di Cavalli by Sebastiano de Albertis was sold in the ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO auction at Christies in Rome in June 2004. The price achieved of EUR 8,680.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Coppia di Cavalli is the most expensive artwork by Sebastiano de Albertis that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Coppia di Cavalli von Sebastiano de Albertis wurde im Juni 2004 in der Auktion ARTE DEL XIX SECOLO bei Christies in Rom versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 8.680,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 7.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Coppia di Cavalli das teuerste Kunstwerk von Sebastiano de Albertis, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
