In the 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures auction, the work Artiglieria a cavallo sold for EUR 1,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 500.00. Admittedly, works by Sebastiano de Albertis have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Alle corse in May 2002 with an auction result of EUR 8,680.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 100 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Sebastiano de Albertis erzielte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures wurde die Arbeit Artiglieria a cavallo für EUR 1.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sebastiano de Albertis auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Alle corse im Mai 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 8.680,00.
