Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Without Bucket by Satoru Koizumi was auctioned at POLY in Hong Kong in July last year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 250,000.00 – 500,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 300,000.00 (€ 37,433.84) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Satoru Koizumi have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2021 the work Shaking Ground was auctioned for HKD 352,800.00 (€ 38,635.85).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Without Bucket von Satoru Koizumi kam im Juli letzten Jahres bei POLY in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 250.000,00 – 500.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 300.000,00 (€ 37.433,84) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Satoru Koizumi konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März 2021 die Arbeit Shaking Ground für HKD 352.800,00 (€ 38.635,85) versteigert.
