The work RIVIÈRE DE PIERRE by Key Sato was sold in the Fine Japanese Art auction at Sothebys in London in May 2020. It achieved a price of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,101.10), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Key Sato - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Âme de la Terre, which sold at auction in June 2021 for EUR 30,240.00.

Die Arbeit RIVIÈRE DE PIERRE von Key Sato wurde im Mai 2020 in der Auktion Fine Japanese Art bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.101,10) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Für andere Arbeiten von Key Sato mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Âme de la Terre beobachtet, die im Juni 2021 für EUR 30.240,00 versteigert wurde.
