Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Sarah Crowner was sold in the Choice Works auction at Sothebys in New York in October 2020. Here, the upper estimate of USD 35,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 35,280.00 (€ 30,291.06). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sarah Crowner achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Rotated Stretched Stems, Cropped in November 2021 with an auction result of USD 378,000.00 (€ 334,898.56).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Sarah Crowner wurde im Oktober 2020 in der Auktion Choice Works bei Sothebys in New York versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 35.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 35.280,00 (€ 30.291,06) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sarah Crowner erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Rotated Stretched Stems, Cropped im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 378.000,00 (€ 334.898,56).
