However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Sarah Biffin - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Self-Portrait Before Her Easel, Circa 1821, which sold at auction in December 2019 for GBP 137,500.00 (€ 162,508.91).
