Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2005 Christies in London held the auction Sporting Art and Dogs, which included the work Falbrav, Head Studies - Newmarket by Sarah Aspinall. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 1,080.00 (€ 1,600.63) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Sarah Aspinall have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2008 the work Gallileo, head studies was auctioned for GBP 1,625.00 (€ 2,067.07).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2005 führte Christies in London die Auktion Sporting Art and Dogs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Falbrav, Head Studies - Newmarket von Sarah Aspinall zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 1.080,00 (€ 1.600,63) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Sarah Aspinall konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2008 die Arbeit Gallileo, head studies für GBP 1.625,00 (€ 2.067,07) versteigert.
