Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Paris Pink by Sara Pope was auctioned at Bonhams in London in November last year. The price achieved of GBP 637.50 (€ 738.72) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 500.00 – 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Sara Pope achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Decadence (Pink) in April 2020 with an auction result of GBP 6,500.00 (€ 7,477.23).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Paris Pink von Sara Pope kam im November letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 637,50 (€ 738,72) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 500,00 – 700,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Sara Pope erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Decadence (Pink) im April 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 6.500,00 (€ 7.477,23).
