Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pagoda Festival by U San Win was auctioned at Bonhams in Hong Kong in October this year. The price achieved of HKD 61,440.00 (€ 7,430.01) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Admittedly, works by U San Win have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Pagoda Festival in October 2018 with an auction result of HKD 375,000.00 (€ 42,225.56).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Pagoda Festival von U San Win kam im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 61.440,00 (€ 7.430,01) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von U San Win auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Pagoda Festival im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 375.000,00 (€ 42.225,56).
