Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2010 Christies in Dubai held the auction International Modern and Contemporary Art, which included this untitled work by Samira Alikhanzadeh. It changed hands for a price of USD 7,500.00 (€ 5,398.01) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 5,000.00 – 8,000.00. Other works by Samira Alikhanzadeh have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2008 the work Self-portrait (triptych) was auctioned for GBP 6,875.00 (€ 8,763.16).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2010 führte Christies in Dubai die Auktion International Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Samira Alikhanzadeh zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 7.500,00 (€ 5.398,01) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 5.000,00 – 8.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Samira Alikhanzadeh konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2008 die Arbeit Self-portrait (triptych) für GBP 6.875,00 (€ 8.763,16) versteigert.
