The work Arcadia Then by Sam Hyde Harris was auctioned at Bonhams in April this year. It achieved a price of USD 5,355.00 (€ 4,850.54), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 34%. Admittedly, works by Sam Hyde Harris have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work La Quinta Wash in August last year with an auction result of USD 20,400.00 (€ 20,268.26).

Die Arbeit Arcadia Then von Sam Hyde Harris kam im April diesen Jahres bei Bonhams zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 5.355,00 (€ 4.850,54) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 34%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Sam Hyde Harris auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit La Quinta Wash im August letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 20.400,00 (€ 20.268,26).
