Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Saloua Raouda Choucair was auctioned at Sothebys in London in October 2011. The price achieved of GBP 6,875.00 (€ 7,956.50) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Saloua Raouda Choucair have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Dual in October 2018 with an auction result of GBP 56,250.00 (€ 63,432.65).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Saloua Raouda Choucair kam im Oktober 2011 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.875,00 (€ 7.956,50) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Saloua Raouda Choucair auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Dual im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 56.250,00 (€ 63.432,65).
