Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Turkish Untitled by Sabri Berkel was sold in the 20th Century Art – A Different Perspective auction at Sothebys in London in November 2014. The price achieved of GBP 15,000.00 (€ 18,859.14) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Other works by Sabri Berkel have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2011 the work without title was auctioned for GBP 25,000.00 (€ 28,154.31).

Die Arbeit Turkish Untitled von Sabri Berkel wurde im November 2014 in der Auktion 20th Century Art – A Different Perspective bei Sothebys in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 15.000,00 (€ 18.859,14) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Sabri Berkel konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2011 die Arbeit ohne Titel für GBP 25.000,00 (€ 28.154,31) versteigert.
