Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Two Horses by Saadi Al-Kaabi was auctioned at Christies in November 2021. The price achieved of GBP 6,875.00 (€ 8,071.90) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Saadi Al-Kaabi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Childrens Games, which sold at auction in June 2021 for GBP 22,750.00 (€ 26,509.66).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Two Horses von Saadi Al-Kaabi kam im November 2021 bei Christies zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.875,00 (€ 8.071,90) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Saadi Al-Kaabi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Childrens Games beobachtet, die im Juni 2021 für GBP 22.750,00 (€ 26.509,66) versteigert wurde.
