This artwork by Ryan McGinness achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in Paris in October 2019. In the Outsider(s) auction, the work Women : The Blacklight Paintings- 2010 / 2011 sold for EUR 2,033.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ryan McGinness achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mutual Information in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 60,000.00 (€ 54,575.22).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Ryan McGinness erzielte im Oktober 2019 bei Artcurial in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Outsider(s) wurde die Arbeit Women : The Blacklight Paintings- 2010 / 2011 für EUR 2.033,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ryan McGinness erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Mutual Information im Mai 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 60.000,00 (€ 54.575,22).
