Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pour Response - 2001 by Ryan McGinness was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in October 2019. The price achieved of EUR 9,485.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 8,000.00 – 12,000.00. Admittedly, works by Ryan McGinness have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Mutual Information in May 2015 with an auction result of USD 60,000.00 (€ 54,575.22).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Pour Response - 2001 von Ryan McGinness kam im Oktober 2019 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 9.485,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 8.000,00 – 12.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Ryan McGinness auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Mutual Information im Mai 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 60.000,00 (€ 54.575,22).
