Auction result well in line with expectations
In February last year VAN HAM held the auction Art of the 20th Century | ONLINE ONLY, which included this untitled work by Rune Mields. The price achieved of EUR 396.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 300.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rune Mields achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work „BS 48a“ in June 2018 with an auction result of EUR 7,500.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Februar letzten Jahres führte VAN HAM die Auktion Art of the 20th Century | ONLINE ONLY durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Rune Mields zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 396,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 300,00 – 500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Rune Mields erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit „BS 48a“ im Juni 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 7.500,00.
