Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work "Flammande eld" (Flaming Fire) by Rune Jansson was auctioned at Bukowski in Stockholm in October 2014, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of SEK 30,000.00 – 35,000.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for SEK 24,000.00 (€ 2,587.71). Other works by Rune Jansson have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in April 2014 by the work without title at SEK 38,000.00 (€ 4,210.96).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit "Flammande eld" (Flaming Fire) von Rune Jansson im Oktober 2014 bei Bukowski in Stockholm versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von SEK 30.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für SEK 24.000,00 (€ 2.587,71) den Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Rune Jansson wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im April 2014 die Arbeit ohne Titel mit SEK 38.000,00 (€ 4.210,96).
