The work The Vale of Aylesbury by Rudolph Onslow Ford was sold in the Victorian and British Impressionist Art auction at Christies in London in June 2010. The result of GBP 500.00 (€ 608.05) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 500.00 – 800.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Rudolph Onslow Ford - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The garden path, which sold at auction in April 2011 for GBP 1,625.00 (€ 1,830.03).

Die Arbeit The Vale of Aylesbury von Rudolph Onslow Ford wurde im Juni 2010 in der Auktion Victorian and British Impressionist Art bei Christies in London versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 500,00 (€ 608,05) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 500,00 – 800,00.
