This work of art by Rudolph Ihlee could be acquired at Christies in London in March 2007 for an unexpectedly low price. In the British, Continental & Russian Pictures auction, the work Sunlit Landscape changed hands for GBP 384.00 (€ 565.20) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 400.00 – 600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rudolph Ihlee achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Palmier à Collioure in March 2021 with an auction result of EUR 9,450.00.
