The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 25,000.00 – 35,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 27,500.00 (€ 23,611.23) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Roy Andersen have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in August 2021 the work Voice of the Deep Quiet was auctioned for USD 50,312.50 (€ 42,637.71).
