Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In May 2003 Christies in London held the auction THE IRISH SALE, which included the work Connemara by Rowland Hill. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 2,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 2,232.50 (€ 3,110.43). Other works by Rowland Hill have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 2,160.00 (€ 3,179.27) in March 2007 for the work A view across the coast.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Mai 2003 führte Christies in London die Auktion THE IRISH SALE durch, in der auch die Arbeit Connemara von Rowland Hill zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 2.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 2.232,50 (€ 3.110,43) einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Rowland Hill haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von GBP 2.160,00 (€ 3.179,27) im März 2007 für die Arbeit A view across the coast beobachtet.
