It achieved a price of EUR 3,953.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 58 %. Admittedly, works by Katayoun Rouhi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ut Poesis Pictura (As Is Painting, So Is Poetry) in December 2010 with an auction result of USD 22,500.00 (€ 16,956.82).

Die Arbeit Fillette Devant Un Arbre, 2008 – Young Girl In Front Of A Tree von Katayoun Rouhi wurde im Oktober 2009 in der Auktion Iranian and Arab Modern and Contemporary Art bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 3.953,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 58 %.
