Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Sans Titre by Rotraut was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in November 2009. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 2,500.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 2,805.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Rotraut achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work without title in May 2018 with an auction result of USD 225,000.00 (€ 192,802.06).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Sans Titre von Rotraut kam im November 2009 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 2.500,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 2.805,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Rotraut erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit ohne Titel im Mai 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 225.000,00 (€ 192.802,06).
