Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Exhale by Rosie Snell was sold in the Christie's Interiors auction at Christies in London in June 2011. The price achieved of GBP 2,500.00 (€ 2,765.79) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Rosie Snell - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Hangar, which sold at auction in June 2011 for GBP 8,750.00 (€ 9,680.25).
