The result of USD 10,000.00 (€ 8,404.77) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Rong Rong have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Rong Rong'S East Village, 1993-1998 (Set Of Forty Prints) in October 2010 with an auction result of HKD 475,000.00 (€ 44,101.77).

Die Arbeit East Village von Rong Rong wurde im November 2017 in der Auktion Asian Contemporary Art Online: featuring the Chaney Family Collection bei Christies in New York versteigert. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 10.000,00 (€ 8.404,77) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00.
