This artwork by Ronald Ossory Dunlop achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in London in February 2013. In the Christie's Interiors auction, the work Portrait Of A Lady sold for GBP 2,750.00 (€ 3,194.28) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 1,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ronald Ossory Dunlop - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work London In The Rain, which sold at auction in November 2007 for GBP 7,500.00 (€ 10,501.94).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Ronald Ossory Dunlop erzielte im Februar 2013 bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Christie's Interiors wurde die Arbeit Portrait Of A Lady für GBP 2.750,00 (€ 3.194,28) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 1.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Ronald Ossory Dunlop mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit London In The Rain beobachtet, die im November 2007 für GBP 7.500,00 (€ 10.501,94) versteigert wurde.
