Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October 2018 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Search & Stop, which included the work Three Eyed Santa From Banksy'S Santa'S Ghetto - 2007 by Ron English. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,170.00 17% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ron English achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Slash 'n Friends (Album Cover) in May 2011 with an auction result of USD 92,500.00 (€ 64,343.35).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober 2018 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Search & Stop durch, in der auch die Arbeit Three Eyed Santa From Banksy'S Santa'S Ghetto - 2007 von Ron English zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.170,00 und damit 17% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ron English erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Slash 'n Friends (Album Cover) im Mai 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 92.500,00 (€ 64.343,35).
